My name is Nicholas Kin of Kid V Productionz. About a decade ago I hosted events, it was my dream job. I was hosting events in Buffalo NY and doing quite well. My last event I held aboard the USS Littlerock I did very well. However I had fallen ill with cancer.
This prevented me from working, or paying my bills. At the age of 21 I underwent a grueling chemotherapy regimen and eventually was forced into bankruptcy. 8 months later I was deemed in remission. After nearly 10 years of fighting to get back on my feet financially, emotionally, and mentally, Im ready.
This is the reason for hosting the 1st Annual Buffalo Blues 'N BBQ Festival. Now I can pursue my dream job and give back to Roswell Park Cancer Institute. It is my personal goal to give $200,000.00 to Roswell Park Cancer Institute to help find a cure for cancer. I can only do this with YOUR help.
All I ask of you is to come enjoy 8 hours of live local blues bands on a state of the art sound system provided by Indigo, local barbeque, and local beverages at the beautiful Lasalle Park right near the water. In addition to the live music, outstanding food and drink, we will have a 13 and under area (free for the kids) where they can play, explore their creativity and enjoy some music of their own. Various stations could keep them busy for hours! Where patron safety is our number one priority we have hired Command Security to oversee the event.
We have the entire park this year with safe, on-site parking. This is a show you cant afford to miss, and its for an AMAZING cause.
A VERY large portion of the proceeds benefit Roswell Park Cancer Institute to help find a cure. Get involved, Get ready, and come party for a cure! August 7th, 2010 from 12:00pm – 8:00pm.
